Contributions to Common Sense for Our Commonwealth PAC are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation, and employer of any individual who contributes more than $200 in a calendar year. Common Sense for Our Commonwealth PAC is registered with the Federal Election Commission as an independent expenditure-only committee and may accept unlimited contributions from certain U.S. individuals, corporations, and other organizations. Contributions from foreign nationals and entities are prohibited. Federal government contractors should consult counsel prior to making a contribution. Common Sense for Our Commonwealth PAC spending is independent, and it does contribute to, or coordinate its spending with, any candidates or political parties.
